  • financial and accounting – processing is necessary to comply with tax laws,

We may also process data to survey your satisfaction with our services.

Basis of data processing:

  • contract for the provision of services or actions taken at your request prior to its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
  • contract of sale / provision of services or actions taken at your request prior to its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),

  • Your consent (e.g. marketing consent) (Art. 6(1)(a) RODO),

  • our legitimate interest in processing data for direct marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
  • our legitimate interest in processing data for analytical purposes (e.g., through satisfaction surveys) (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

Data submission:

  • Voluntary, but in some cases may be necessary to enter into a contract

Effect of not providing data:

Depending on the purpose for which the data is provided:

  • inability to make a purchase, perform a service
  • inability to use the services offered by the Administrator,
  • inability to receive information about promotions or special offers offered by the Administrator.
  • inability to send a response to an inquiry

Possibility to withdraw consent:

  • at any time

Data processing remains lawful until you revoke your consent.

PROFILING

As part of our operations, we may automatically tailor certain content to your needs, i.e. perform profiling, using your personal data. In the event that profiling could result in decisions that produce legal effects against you or affect you in a similarly significant manner, we will only carry out such profiling if you have given your consent.

PERIOD OF PROCESSING

We will process your data only for as long as we have a legal basis for doing so, that is, until:

  • we cease to be under a legal obligation requiring us to process your data, or
  • the parties’ ability to assert claims related to the concluded contract ceases, or
  • you revoke your consent to data processing, if it was the basis for such processing

whichever is applicable in the case and which occurs at the latest.

We apply organizational and technical measures that comply with the relevant legal regulations when processing your personal data.

YOUR RIGHTS

You are entitled to request:

  • access to your personal data,
  • their rectification,
  • deletion,
  • restriction of processing,
  • to request the transfer of data to another controller.

And also the right to object to processing:

  • for reasons related to your particular situation – against the processing of personal data concerning you based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (i.e. on legitimate interests pursued by the controller), including profiling on the basis of these provisions, 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (tj. na prawnie uzasadnionych interesach realizowanych przez administratora), w tym profilowania na podstawie tych przepisów,
  • if personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, insofar as such processing is related to that direct marketing.
